  • How do I customize my order? 
    - You can leave your personalization request from the checkout page. Feel free to email us through our "Contact Us" page or email us directly at admin@bjoyoux.com regarding personalization order or any special requests. 

  • How do I care for my jewelry? 
    - Rule of thumb: put your jewelry on last and take them off first.
    - If left unworn and exposed to air for a prolonged period of time, metal jewelry tend to tarnish faster. Wear them often! :)
    - Remember not to overstretch any elastic jewelry. We use jewelry glue, so extended exposure to water may make the jewelry loose. 
    - Minimize exposure to scratches, chemicals (including perfume, lotion, dishwashing soap, cleaning supplies, etc.), sunlight, heat/cold, water or sweat to ensure that the beads or chains last long without tarnishing. Chlorinated water or salt-water may expedite this process.
    - Use a soft, lint free cloth to clean your metal jewelry.

  • What is your Shipping Policy?
    - We process handmade/personalized products within 2-3 business days. If your order contains "Ready to Wear" product only, your order will ship within 1-2 business days.
    - We offer Standard and Priority Express shipping through USPS within the U.S. as well as international shipping. 
  • What is your Return Policy?

    - Because most of our products are made to order and some of them are personalized, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. However, if there are any issues with the products, please reach out to us as soon as you receive the order. All "Ready-to-Wear" items are returnable if you're not happy with it. Please write us at admin@bjoyoux.com to start the process!

  • What do I do if the item(s) I received is/are damaged or is not what I ordered?
    - Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right!
